Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand for $9.50. There is an extra charge of $5.70 if your address is rural. Standard delivery times are between 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays). Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., an order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged kits.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@stormiekeepsakes.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
